I know the world has seen the man and woman who broke-up-but-stayed-music-partners thing plenty of times, but it seems different with the band Smile Smile. They started writing their newest album before they broke up and then continued working on it before they were even speaking. I think that’s a really cool concept, and I just can’t stop listening to it. Check them out at Smile Smile and don’t forget to see them on tour. It’s super awkward, but they sound so good together.
